When they come to Goa to meet her they find her dead and police arrest them as suspects.

Film tells the story of four friends running a business venture, they make huge money by smuggling shoes from Bangkok without paying import duty. But after some time the group falls apart, due to reduction of import duties by the government. After several years the friends reunite to form a new company to save family from financial losses.

Film tells the story of unrest in Kashmir. Film starts with doctor operating appendicitis on separatist leader. The army is not happy with the doctor and the raid his house and destroy everything, they also bomb his house to kill any militant hiding in house. During this incident protagonist loses his father, rest of the story is both doctor and protagonist going in search of his father and ending up as part of political unrest.
