Akshay Kumar dated several Bollywood actresses and super models before falling in love with Twinkle Khanna. He came from a middle class family and Twinkle Khanna was daughter of Bollywood celebrity Rajesh Khanna. The couple fell in love while filming  International Khiladi and  Zulmi. They just did only two movies together and their on screen chemistry was very good. After dating few years the couple got engaged and got married on 14th January 2001.  After the marriage Twinkle Khanna said good bye to film industry and started focusing on her family. The couple are blessed with a son Aarav Bhatia born on 15th Sep 2002 and a daughter Nitara Khanna Bhatia born on 25th Sep 2012.
