Short biography
Kunchacko Boban was born on 2nd November 1976 in Alappuzha, Kerala. He made his movie debut with Aniyathipraavu in 1997 opposite Shalini, Harisree Asokan, Thilakan and Sudheesh, the film was a huge commercial success. After successful films like Niram, Dhosth, Swapnakoodu, Kasthooriman etc he established himself as bankable actor in Malayalam film industry.

He was born to Boban Kunchacko and Molly Boban. His father Boban Kunchacko was also an actor and producer. He even ventured into film direction and directed Palattu Kunhikkannan, Sanchari and Aazhi.

His grandfather Kunchacko was a director and film producer and he founded Udaya Studios which is the first film studio in Kerala. Annamma Chacko is his grandmother.
