1. Kuch Kuch Hota Hai – 1998

Film tells the story of love triangle happened during their college days. There are two best friends in college, girl loves the boy but he is unaware of it. A new girl, daughter of college principal joins the college and falls in love with protagonist. First girl is heartbroken and leaves the college in middle. The lovers get married and give birth to a daughter but she dies subsequently. Rest of the story is about how the kid reunites her father’s lover who was loving him more than anything.

Her family is in financial problems and struggling to run a restaurant. They come across a young man who is very optimistic in his life and he cherishes every moment of his life. Protagonist is dying of some health issues and wants to unite the girl with a boy who is her best friend.

He attends a marriage and there he develops feelings for the bride and she too feels the same, after the wedding protagonist meets with an accident and loses his leg. Film tells the story of Muslim family mother living with her two sons. Her elder son is a protagonist and has special talent in repairing mechanical things, he draws the attentions of his teacher and mother, due to this her second son becomes jealous and leaves house. After 9/11 attacks in USA their life changes drastically and because of his Muslim name he was suspected for terrorist activities.
