1. Khiladi – 1992

Khiladi was directed by Abbas Mustan and co-starred Ayesha Jhulka, Deepak Tijori, Sabeeha and Prem Chopra. Film was hit and became tenth highest grossing Bollywood film of 1992. Film tells the story of two friends who always bets for money and somehow ended in a serious bet where their lives were at stake. The film was a huge hit and led to its numerous sequels.

2. Waqt Hamara Hai – 1993

Waqt Hamara Hai was directed by Bharat Rangachary and co-starred Sunil Shetty, Mamta Kulkarni, Ayesha Jhulka and Anupam Kher. It was for the first time both Akshay Kumar and Sunil Shetty together appeared in a film. Film tells the story of two young men falling in love with their girls and unknowingly possessing something terrorists badly wanted. Terrorists kidnap the couple to get it and the other couple try to help their friends.

3. Elaan – 1994

Elaan was directed by Guddu Dhanoa and co-starred Amrish Puri and Madhoo. Film was made with budget of INR180 million and collected INR410 million at box office. Film tells the story of sincere police officer whose son was dead by the plan of some ganglords. With the help of his younger son police office gets the revenge.

4. Yeh Dillagi – 1994

Yeh Dillagi was directed by Naresh Malhotra and co-starred Saif Ali Khan, Kajol and Reema Lagoo. The film became the sixth highest grossing Bollywood film of 1994 and was a hit. Akshay Kumar earned nomination for Filmfare Best Actor Award. The film was remake of Hollywood movie Sabrina released in 1954. Mohra was directed by Rajiv Rai and co-starred Sunil Shetty, Raveena Tandon, Naseeruddin Shah and Paresh Rawal. The film was second highest grossing Bollywood film of the year. The film was inspired by Hollywood film Death Wish 4: The Crackdown. The song “Tu Cheez Badi Hai Mast Mast” was all time hit in India, Raveena Tandon became star overnight and was recognized as “The mast mast girl”. Film tells the story of young man who tries to avenge his sister and wife’s death when legal system fails to give him justice.

6. Main Khiladi Tu Anari – 1994

Main Khiladi Tu Anari was directed by Sameer Malkan and co-starred Saif Ali Khan, Shilpa Shetty, Shakti Kapoor and Raageshwari. Film became one among the highest grosser of the year. Film was made with budget of INR2.9 crore and earned INR9.5 crore at box office. It was sequel to Khiladi released in 1992. Film tells the story of sincere police officer killed by gangster, when a young lady decides to testify before the court she was hunted by the group of gangsters.

Film tells the story of young man whose astrologer uncle tells his future about his marriage life, he meets a rich girl but her father wants him to do hard work before marrying his daughter.
